Time to lighten the mood after that last entry... I think I've finally calmed down now!
Time for some humour, and for that, I will turn you over to Stuart McLean's "The Vinyl Cafe" ...
If you've never heard "The Vinyl Cafe", it plays on CBC radio on Saturday mornings at 10 o'clock and Sundays at noon -- and it is well worth tuning in!
One of Stuart McLean's funniest Christmas stories is called "Polly Anderson's Christmas Party" . If you want a good laugh, crank up the volume on your speakers, go get a drink, sit back...
In the above story, one of Dave's neighbour's makes a reference to a previous Vinyl Cafe story when he says jokingly, "You cooking the turkey again this year, Dave?!" You can listen to that story, "Dave Cooks a Turkey" , by clicking HERE.
thank you for the comment on my poems...unfortunately..that is whats on my mind... i thought if i wrote poetry,it would help me and so far it has

OMG, I am LMFAO - I hadn't heard that christmas party one before and I think that's got to be the funniest vinyl cafe story I've heard yet!!! I thought I was going to pee myself at the part with Sam and the breathalizer. I'm going to listen the dave cooks a turkey one now (which I've heard before, but I can definitely hear it again - I remember how funny that one was too). That Stuart McLean is a comic genius!!!
